Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We offer a full cost refund only if the product has a technical defect.
There is a technical defect if:
- The product (expert advisor, indicator, script or utility) cannot be attached to the trading chart (unlimited and unlocked products only).
- You see an error or warning in the experts or journal tab.
- You will be asked to enter an activation key even though the product is unlimited or unlocked.
In addition, our support team can identify other defects.
We do not issue refunds if
- You don’t like the product.
- The platform no longer support the EA. You are responsible to check if MT4 and MT5 still support cracked EA.
- A product does not have the desired or described performance.
- An indicator is lagging or repainting (even if the manufacturer’s product description provides different information).
Please remember: The Forex market is volatile and carries substantial risks. It is not the place to put any money that you cannot afford to lose, such as retirement funds, as you can lose most or all it very quickly.
If you want to claim a refund then:
- Write us an email. Our email address is jeromefxtrade1@gmail.com
- Please send us screenshots describing the problem and/or your terminal’s log files
- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please do not return your purchase back to the vendor.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please be sure to follow this process. If you apply for buyer protection or reverse other transactions, we have the option of sanctioning your account or closing it entirely.
